Your Opportunities:
The Collaboration Services team is a growing team responsible for the end-to-end management of the Collaboration Services applications at Pure Storage. As Collaboration Services Specialist, you will play a major role within the team as we continue to enable Pure Storage with a focus on making our users more productive with Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, and more.
In this role, you will work to implement and administer collaboration tools that embody our company values, nourish employee engagement, and elevate our culture. You will also help analyze our current tools, make recommendations on how to enhance our capabilities, and help implement those enhancements.
Key responsibilities will be to configure, troubleshoot, monitor, and administer the next generation of collaboration tools including Glean, Slack, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Simpplr, ChatGPT, and Lucid. This entails advanced systems administration, operational support, and problem resolution as Tier 2/3 support. You will also assist with efforts to educate users and drive engagement of our collaboration suite.
What you’ll Do
- Act as a technical lead / SME for Glean, Slack, Google Workspace, Smartsheet, Simpplr, ChatGPT, and Lucid
- Encourage and drive user adoption of Pure’s collaboration tools and assist with user education through multiple mediums
- Be an escalation point for monitoring alerts and help desk tickets including contacting users to understand needs, problem solving on the fly
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve escalated technical problems and incidents in a timely and professional manner
- Assess new application requests from end users with the ability to offer solutions from within the current ecosystem
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation, workflows, and other supporting materials for systems topology, support, and administrative actions
- Support process for tracking and managing integrations
- Keep up to date with the latest releases for our tools and educate users on those updates
- Experiment with and develop automations for Slack, Glean, and all other collaboration tools
- Shows initiative by uncovering gaps in support / service and providing detailed solutions including; process improvements, documentation and recommendations
Essential business experience and technical skills
- Accomplished SaaS Administrator in a previous role
- Proficient with ServiceNow, Google Workspace, and Slack
- Experience with gathering and analyzing data from multiple systems
- Proficiency and deep awareness of collaboration platforms and tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Glean, Smartsheet, Lucid, Office 365, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to do 1 on 1 training and drive adoption
- Excellent written documentation and verbal communication skills (Required)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement Slack workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with administering Slack, including creating workspaces, workflows and integrating with applications.
- Conceptual and practical understanding of SDLC, ITIL, and Agile Frameworks.
- Showcase good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and oral.
- Demonstrated understanding of APIs and webhooks. Scripting experience is a plus.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2-5 years experience administering SaaS tools
- Slack and Google Workspace admin certification is a plus
- 4+ years of experience in IT Operations or IT Support in an enterprise environment
