We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commission Analyst to join the Business Analytics team at Payoneer. In this entry-level position, you will support the management and analysis of our commission structures to help drive sales and customer success performance. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of financial analysis, a willingness to learn, and proficiency in analytics tools like Power BI and SQL.

What you’ll be spending your time on:  

• Analyzing and managing commission structures to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Define and evaluate critical KPIs for sales workflows to ensure healthy growth of the business. 
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, finance, and revenue operations teams to gather commission-related data.
• Create and maintain reports in Power BI to visualize commission performance and trends.
• Use SQL to pull and manipulate data from various sources for analysis.
• Support the monitoring of commission payouts and help address any discrepancies.
• Contribute to the design of commission plans by modeling potential impacts on revenue.
• Provide assistance and training to sales teams regarding commission policies and procedures.

Have you done this kind of stuff?  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
• Some experience in financial analysis, data analysis, or a related role is a plus, but not required.
• Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is preferred; willingness to learn is essential.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present data clearly.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A team player who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
