We are looking for an Amsterdam based Compliance Analyst to join our Global Compliance Team. In this role, you will assist the Compliance Team in maintaining an effective and efficient compliance program with focus on monitoring trading and reporting, surveillance, compliance operations, assisting with compliance requirements for projects and new business, and KYC / onboarding.

 

This all-round role will focus on supporting Jump in all aspects of compliance. If you are a tech-savvy individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, then this is the role for you.

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Monitor trading activity analyze and compile data into meaningful summaries and make findings available for the team.
  • Build and evaluate KYC files on our counterparties.
  • Own some of the reporting obligations towards exchanges and regulators.
  • Communicate with exchanges, regulators, and counterparties regarding inquiries or operational requirements.
  • Stay apprised of technology and business development at the firm and any associated compliance requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned or needed.

 

Skills You'll Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • 1-3 years experience in one or more areas of regulatory compliance risks related to trading in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong interest in trading and financial markets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborative, good attitude and ability to interact comfortably across departments (trading, clearing support etc).
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
  • Programming skills in Python and SQL are advantageous.
  • Reliable and predictable availability.
