The GTM Operations team supports Databricks’ Sales and Field Engineering team with tooling, analytics and operational frameworks to manage our consumption business. Reporting to the Senior Director, GTM Operations, you will be part of a team that creates operational scale. We empower our team members and senior leadership with the insights, tools, and decision criteria to inform proactive and data-driven programmatic strategies.
The impact you will have:
- Create the prescriptive consumption guide for our field teams to follow in their everyday business management.
- Write strategy content intended for field sales to increase productivity.
- Consolidate customer success stories from the field to update our portal to demonstrate best practices.

- Presentation and Written Skills: You are comfortable with handling inquiries, communicating messages across all channels globally.
- Content and Slide Design: You are good at creating content and designing slides (on Google Slides) to get the message across effectively for a diverse internal audience.
- Scale and Process-Oriented Thinking: You can make suggestions to improve processes and use systems to drive scale.
- Problem Solving: You’re willing to lean in and help in multiple ways; to be responsive and helpful to your team by thinking critically.
- Teamwork: You have the ability and initiative to work across multiple teams and countries to deliver actionable results.
- You Love Data: You bring relevant information to the conversation, can run basic analysis to support your narrative.
- 5+ years of experience in providing remote support to the international field or partner sales teams; ideally have some experience in partner development roles
- BA/BS degree or equivalent required.

Pay Range Transparency
Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
