About You:You’re part strategist, part technologist, and part storyteller. You know how to design content systems that scale, but you also love to write. You’re just as comfortable drafting a thought leadership article or scripting a video as you are designing metadata schemas or testing a new publishing workflow.
You bring both a journalist’s eye and an engineer’s mindset to your work. You care deeply about clarity, structure, and voice, and you thrive on making content discoverable, reusable, and impactful. Whether it’s writing a case study or building an automated workflow, you ask: what’s the story, and how can we make it scale?
What skills do I need?- Editorial Expertise: A strong writing portfolio across formats, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging, accessible content.
- Systems Thinking: Experience building content models, metadata frameworks, or structured content systems.
- SEO + AI Awareness: Working knowledge of SEO, AI/ML, and how structured content supports search, personalization, and generative AI ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner with SMEs, marketers, designers, and engineers to create both stories and systems.
- Creative + Analytical Energy: A mix of editorial judgment and technical curiosity, always looking for new ways to optimize, automate, and elevate.
- Write and Edit Content: Draft blogs, case studies, white papers, customer stories, video scripts, and other editorial formats that advance Tulip’s brand and thought leadership.
- Architect Content Systems: Design modular content models, metadata schemas, and workflows that enable scalable, omnichannel publishing.
- Automate Workflows: Build intelligent systems that automate tagging, QA, and refresh cycles, freeing time for high-impact writing.
- Optimize for AI and Search: Ensure Tulip’s content is structured and discoverable across Google AI Overviews, generative engines, and traditional search engines.
- Embed Proprietary Value: Integrate customer insights, data, and unique perspectives into content pipelines to create assets that can’t be replicated.
- Support Integrated Campaigns: Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and corporate marketing to create content that drives engagement across the funnel.
- Measure and Improve: Track not just content performance but also system efficiency, throughput, cycle time, and refresh velocity.
- Hone Tulip’s Voice: Be a steward of our brand voice, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across every piece of content.
