If you’re a B2B copywriter who’s tired of the typical, we want to meet you. At Yotpo, we’re leading the charge in eCommerce marketing, launching groundbreaking campaigns, and redefining how brands connect with their audiences. We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and help bring our vision to life. You'll report directly to the Director of Demand Generation US, working closely with our passionate brand, product marketing, and DG teams.

About the RoleYou’ll be the voice that connects Yotpo to the world. This isn’t just about creating content—it’s about telling a story that resonates, sticks, and inspires. We need someone who can make B2B content feel personal, vibrant, and relevant. A strategic mind and a creative soul are essential for this role, along with a drive to engage people in ways that feel authentic and memorable.

What You’ll Do

  • Champion Yotpo’s Narrative: Develop a deep understanding of our eCommerce platform and transform technical details into content that excites and inspires.
  • Create Impactful Assets: Produce a wide range of content, from blog posts, case studies, and ebooks to social promos, landing pages, webinars, and sales one-pagers.
  • Drive Demand Generation: Partner with DG teams to build compelling content that stirs interest, creates demand, and drives engagement across channels.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work hand-in-hand with our brand and product marketing teams to create cohesive storytelling across the customer journey and craft content that fuels our go-to-market strategy.
  • Bring Ideas to Life Visually: Team up with design and web experts to develop visuals that make your content pop.

Required Skills & Experience: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B SaaS company and/or eComm.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, consistently delivering quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficient at transforming complex ideas, such as data, into compelling and accessible narratives.
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively across various disciplines, adept at translating general feedback into precise and meaningful edits.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks are preferred.
  • Proactively identifies emerging trends within our industry and applies the Yotpo perspective to convey our story with relevance and urgency.
  • Works closely with leadership to produce a quick-turnaround copy when required.
  • Demonstrates strong self-management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks and ensuring the timely completion of large projects.

Base salary $90,000 – $95,000 - Note, there is not a bonus component to this role.

Base salary ranges are determined by multiple factors unique to each candidate, including skills and local market benchmarks.
