The Opportunity:

As a Content Marketing Specialist, you will have the chance to shape the voice and narrative of our brand across multiple channels, directly influencing our demand generation efforts. You'll work closely with a dynamic and collaborative marketing team, gaining exposure to cutting-edge marketing strategies and tools. This role offers the opportunity to hone your copywriting skills, manage impactful social media campaigns, and contribute to the success of high-profile integrated campaigns. You'll play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and have a tangible impact on our market presence and customer engagement.

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Develop engaging and persuasive copy for various channels, including social media, email, landing pages, advertisements, and more.
  • Manage and update social media accounts, ensuring the content calendar is complete and posts are timely and relevant.
  • Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Write and edit content for customer marketing campaigns, aligning with demand generation goals.
  • Collaborate with the demand generation team, product marketing, PR, and other departments to coordinate and streamline content creation.
  • Aid in the creation of sequences for outbound prospecting and ensure the team is equipped with targeted messaging for MQL follow-ups and high-intent leads.
  • Conduct thorough research on key personas to deliver customized messaging through emails and LinkedIn.
  • Provide editorial support and ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across all content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine and improve strategies.

Requirements for the role:

  • 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Degree in marketing, journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy.
  • Comprehensive understanding of content marketing principles and best practices.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and developing social media strategies.
  • Excellent research skills and a journalistic instinct for uncovering insights about key personas.
  • Ability to understand complex product positioning and translate it into compelling content.
  • Promotes a sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables and is able to execute autonomously.
  • Self-motivated with organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration within the team and across departments.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
