About the jobWe are seeking an experienced and driven Partner Program Manager to lead and scale critical aspects of our partner program for our Systems Integrators (SIs), Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), Resell, and Technology partners.. This role requires expertise in partner management, program development, and operational execution. The ideal candidate will focus on designing, implementing, and optimizing partner-focused initiatives, including co-sell strategies, lead passing programs, Crossbeam platform ownership.
You will play a key role in enhancing our partner ecosystem by enabling strategic collaboration, ensuring effective program delivery, and driving measurable impact for both the company and our partners.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you’ll:
Co-Sell Program Development and Management
- Design and oversee co-sell programs to maximize shared revenue opportunities with ISV partners, ensuring programs are both scalable and flexible to meet diverse customer needs across verticals and regions
- Track, analyze, and optimize co-sell performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and partner teams to enable the salesforce on co-sell initiatives, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for success.
Lead Passing Program
- Develop a structured, transparent lead passing framework that ensures seamless communication and collaboration between partners and internal sales teams.
- Establish KPIs to track the performance and ROI of co-sell efforts. Analyze program results and make data-driven recommendations to improve and scale future initiatives.
- Ensure partners are equipped with resources and tools to effectively participate in the program.
Crossbeam Implementation and Ownership
- Lead the setup, integration, and ongoing management of Crossbeam to enable efficient data sharing and partner collaboration.
- Educate partners and internal stakeholders on Crossbeam best practices and usage.
- Regularly assess the platform’s performance and implement enhancements as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives across sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
- Develop and deliver training and enablement materials to support partner success.
- Foster strong relationships with partners to understand their needs and align on joint business goals.
Data and Performance Analysis
- Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure the success of partner programs.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to share program outcomes with stakeholders.
- Leverage insights to continuously refine and improve partner programs.

Required:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in program management with a partner/channel focus, or related roles.
- Proven track record of managing co-sell, lead passing, and/or resell programs.
- Hands-on experience with Crossbeam or similar partner collaboration tools is highly preferred.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience supporting or scaling resell program frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage and scale programs for global partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Impartner, SFDC & Crossbeam.
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in CA, CT, J, NY, PA, WA.

CompensationThe estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:
- Based in Colorado or Washington D.C. : $112,320 - $140,400.
- Based in New York, Washington State, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $118,960 - $148,700.
- Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $132,160 - $165,200.
- This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and corporate bonus plan. All roles are generally eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
