We’re looking for a curious, passionate, and compassionate Creative Director to lead and drive the creative vision for one of our largest clients. This role is super hands on and you will find yourself dipping into Figma to lead by example and set the creative standards for this loved client.

Design, craft and execution alongside a creative and conceptual mind are needed in this role. You will need to connect the dots across the eco-system and bring brand experiences to life whether social, website based, experiential or physical. Essentially, we need a die-hard designer/art director/creative with an ambition to elevate brands across every touchpoint.

A background in luxury or an understanding of premium experiences would be a real bonus as we are moving towards elevating the our clients portfolio to the next level. You will have a voice in our industry and be active in all things creative; from speaking at industry events, networking with design leaders, being a panelist for the next generation, judging awards and a speaker about trends in our industry. You have experience leading multiple clients and overseeing creative teams including Design, UX and Copy across this client.

A true collaborator, you are sought after for design expertise and your ability to provide meaningful guidance to your project teams, mentorship, growth and the development of your team will bring value for your client’s business and to CM.

  • To shepherd the client with the ability to listen, have empathy, sell, motivate and enthuse them
  • Solutions that garner industry and press recognition
  • Talk of the importance of what the work needs to do for the client and CM
  • Concept and story tell with larger clients and a variety of streams of work
  • Unlock opportunities, innovation, and define culture within the creative team
  • Point of escalation for client and internal teams; determine compromise to move the work forward
  • Finding balance between clients feel compelled that the work is right, smartand successfully and matching that to CM goals
  • Drive creative culture by organising talks, sharing links and sharing inspiration
  • Develop a sense of when support is needed and when to make sure moving in the right direction
  • Make internal team aware of the expectations and standards of award-winning work
  • More visual and vocal in shaping the creative talent team within the business
  • Checks to get a sense of team health and organisation’s culture
  • Judging awards, speaking, writing, involved in trade bodies, commentary with the industry

You have

  • 10+ years of related industry experience in the creative industry

  • 2+ years’ experience in a senior leadership role with management
