⭐️ Our Team
We’re looking for a strategic and commercially minded Credit Bureau Relationship Manager to support our ambitious growth goals. You’ll be a key member of the team, taking charge of sourcing, negotiating, and managing Credit Reference Agency relationships. You'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies effectively support Monzo's objectives, including extending our reach into the EU.

🔑 You’ll play a key role in…
- Leading critical procurement initiatives that advance Monzo's strategic goals and support our growth
- Building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with the Credit Reference Agencies to ensure access to the necessary data and services
- Ensuring Monzo is at the forefront of experimenting with all the new products the Credit Reference Agencies release, across both consumer and commercial data
- Developing strong relationships with internal business partners to ensure suppliers and procurement strategies are in sync with our long-term business objectives
- Monitoring and managing the costs associated with Credit Reference Agency services
- Working alongside the business to achieve optimal commercial outcomes without sacrificing quality, service, or safety
- Playing a pivotal role in identifying and onboarding the right third-party partners
- Seeking opportunities to work with new and emerging Credit Reference Agencies
- Partnering with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, Tech, Finance, Product, and Credit, to facilitate growth initiatives and enable scalable business solutions
🤩 We’d love to hear from you if…
- You possess a strong understanding of procurement in high-growth, technology-driven environments, ideally within fintech or other fast-paced industries
- You have deep experience in Credit Reference Agency data and products
- You have worked on leading, building and maintaining relationships with Credit Reference Agencies
- You have a comprehensive understanding of regulations governing Credit Reference Agency data
- You are skilled in procurement and contract lifecycle management

📍This role can be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station (a hybrid of office based and home working) or fully remote within the UK.
