Your day-to-day

We’re looking for a CRM Executive to help us continue to scale Monzo and engage our customers, joining our Engagement team. We have several areas of the business that we are looking to support including our newly formed Growth team, our rapidly growing Subscriptions and Investments products, and our core Wealth and Borrowing collectives. In this role you will:

  • Assist in the build and delivery of key customer facing campaigns using our CRM platform, Braze across email and push as well as in-app placements
  • Support CRM Managers in campaign calendar management, whilst also working closely with Product Marketing Managers to align on key product launches
  • Help in managing CRM operations including campaign setup and monitoring whilst also reporting on key performance metrics
  • Contributing in post-campaign analysis, and showcasing learnings across the team 
  • Overall test and learn, data-driven approach to customer relationship marketing, executing a plan based on lifecycle, customer value, product engagement and more

You should apply if you have:

  • Experience in customer relationship marketing and understanding of HTML. Previous Fintech or Financial Services experience, a plus. 
  • High attention to detail and comfortable managing multiple priorities with good organisational skills
  • Strong communications skills with a team-oriented mindset, comfortable working under guidance and eager to contribute

The Interview Process:

  • Recruiter Call (30mins)
  • Initial Call (30 mins)
  • x2 final interviews via Google Meet (x2 45mins)

Our average process takes around 2-3 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
