What you’ll do

While we have entered a new phase in Doctolib's history, culture is the key ingredient to support the associated changes. The position of Culture & Employee Engagement Partner,  within the global People Development & Culture team, is  essential in helping Doctolib and its employees find the right pace to deliver this growth, in an engaging and efficient way. 

The role is located in our Levallois headquarter (France) or in Berlin (Germany), and the position is global, i.e., with an impact in all Doctolib countries (currently: France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands). 

1. Inside-out programs Define great employee experience programs to help Doctolibers be their authentic selves and thrive.

Main projects:  

  • Drive change for our global user-centricity initiatives. 
  • Develop and implement a recognition program to acknowledge and appreciate the contributions of our employees.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to develop and deliver engaging employee experience programs.
2. Internal Communications:  Leading inside-out projects that shape and showcase the company’s uniqueness and values. 

Main projects:

  • Create and repurpose compelling stories with both internal and external impact on our employer brand and EVP.
  • Support some business teams in their internal communication efforts, acting as a strategic partner and helping to effectively convey their messages.
3. Change management for post-merger integration  Facilitate major company transformations through successful change strategies. 

Main projects:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive post-merger integration activities, ensuring synergy and a smooth transition for all stakeholders.
  • Support PMI activities, by communicating change messages through communication kits, including emails, presentations, and other assets.
  • Spearhead change initiatives for company-wide programs to support our corporate culture

  • are a structured project manager, able to run several projects simultaneously while managing multiple stakeholders, 
  • combine strategic thinking and a hands-on approach as a solution maker,
  • demonstrate excellent internal communications’ abilities, and have a talent for storytelling,
  • have a solid grasp of change management principles,
  • are interested in developing your insights into corporate culture,
  • have a creative mindset with the ability to present information in an engaging format,
  • are bilingual - ideally native - in English,
  • have 3 to 6 years of experience on these topics.
