Customer Care Associate

What you'll be spending time on:
- Effectively handle customer inquiries in different channels including phone, emails, chats, and more
- Provide professional service to our customers. Take ownership of customer queries and find creative solutions
- Ability to multitask between a few systems such as Payoneer CRM and more.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Payoneer products, services, and procedures
- Commitment to meet department requirements like Service Level Agreements, performance metrics, etc
- Communicate effectively with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction
- Educate our Customers about Payoneer products. Simplify and recommend services to meet customer’s needs.
- Working model -
8-hour shift/5 times a week, Sun – Fri
Between 2 - 4 evening shifts per week (according to the language/service)

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- Native or excellent command of written and spoken English* - Must
- Secondary language - an advantage
- Previous customer service experience – advantage
- Experience in working in a goal-oriented environment
CC Specialists Training Course
Please note: All selected candidates will participate in a comprehensive, paid CC training program designed to set you up for success in this role.
- Start Date: June 3, 2025 (tentative and may be subject to change)
- Duration: 4 weeks (Sunday to Thursday, full-time)
- Format: In-person, on-site
- Language: Conducted entirely in English
- Attendance for the entire duration of the course is mandatory.
