Teads is seeking a Customer Experience Intern based in Dubaï to help manage advertising campaigns validated by the sales team and maintain daily relationships with agencies and advertisers.
- Participate in implementation, across all stages, of setting up advertising campaigns online
- Help in analysis, optimization and recommendations of areas for improvement
- Assist in sharing screenshots, performance reports, and post-campaign analysis (weekly or monthly)
- Daily monitoring of campaigns to ensure a 100% delivery
- Manage relationship with the existing CX team and the wider Sales department
- Passionate about the world of online advertising, new media and want to have a first experience in video and new advertising formats on the web
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor in business or marketing school
- You are rigorous, organized and autonomous
- You demonstrate a good sense of analysis
- You have some business sense and good relationship skills
- Some knowledge of the different tracking tools, the operation of an ad server, different actors and processes SSP, DSP, RTB, DMP is a plus
- Business English written and spoken and Arabic is a plus
