Customer Success Advisor
As a Customer Success Advisor you will be on point and responsible for building and maintaining relationships with Collibra customers. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers drive adoption, move along the maturity curve and derive value from our solution. You will have an integral position within Collibra, working closely with Sales, Support, Product Management and Customer Success to ensure our customer’s success - ultimately securing the renewal and driving growth.
This is a hybrid position based in Prague, Czech Republic.
Customer Success Advisors at Collibra are responsible for- Actively managing a shared portfolio of customers to minimize customer churn and drive healthy growth by driving business value
- Growing product adoption within a portfolio of a variety of customers primarily using digital tools and standardized materials including, Gainsight
- Leveraging your deep product expertise to share best practices on how your customers may maximize value from their investment in Collibra
- Serving as the internal “Voice of Customer” by regularly sharing product feedback on how we may further our ability to deliver high-quality outcomes through digital and scaled efforts
- Assessing customer data and qualitative insights to continuously iterate and improve our scaled success efforts.
- 4+ years of experience actively managing a large portfolio of customers at a SaaS company in a digital or scaled customer success environment
- Proven track record of driving adoption and identifying/remediating risk with the goal to drive renewal, cross sell and upsell
- Experience supporting a high volume of accounts and have identified and bridged gaps to drive adoption, and experience carrying and achieving quota
- Worked in a non-traditional office environment using virtual teaming and working remotely
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required
- Fluency in English
- Ideally speak at least one of the following: French, German or Spanish
- You must have work authorization to work in Prague, CZ
- Flexible and nimble with the ability to embrace and leverage change
- Curious and positive with a passion to learn, innovate, and improve
- Consultative with the ability to uncover customer pain-points and apply Collibra resources to provide solutions
- Able to positively influence internal and external stakeholders through strong interpersonal skills
- Able to articulate the importance and value of Collibra to Business and IT executives
- Excellent communicator and great at building relationships
- Enthusiastic about technology and you’re not afraid of learning a product with a high degree of complexity
- Within your first month, you will complete onboarding and enablement, meet with the global team and cross-functional partners, shadow current Customer Success Managers and be certified to pitch Collibra
- Within your 3rd month, you will be fully ramped,, been introduced to all of your customers and begin to drive adoption with your customer
- Within your 6th month, you will have identified opportunities for adoption and growth within your accounts
