The opportunityWe are currently looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving long-term customer value, strategic growth, and retention. This role is an exciting opportunity to build lasting partnerships, increase product adoption, and shape the customer journey across our medium, large and enterprise accounts.
You can be based anywhere within the EU, even though it would be a great bonus if you could be located at our HQ in Stockholm where we apply a flexible hybrid work model.
In this role, you will:Lead and grow a strategic portfolio - Own a set of limited numbers of customer accounts with responsibility for growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Drive adoption and value realization - Empower customers to embed Scrive solutions across their organizations, enabling business outcomes.
Collaborate cross-functionally - Act as the customer’s voice internally, working with Product, Sales, and Support to continuously improve experience and fit.
Prevent churn and secure renewals - Proactively manage renewals and identify opportunities for expansion through a data-driven, value-focused approach.
Around 5+ years experience working with B2B and enterprise customers, ideally in a customer success or account management role
You're a people person at heart - a great listener, humble, and naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues
A pragmatic, value-driven mindset - you’re motivated by creating real impact and thrive in a collaborative environment where success is shared, not individual
Experience in the digitalisation industry (preferably SaaS), and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
You’re tech-curious and feel comfortable navigating IT landscapes and understanding how things connect
You speak and write fluent English
EU residency or work permit
Fluent in Swedish or German or Dutch
Living in the Stockholm area
Having experience from a high-growth/scale-up environment
Holding a university degree in a relevant field
