Customer Care Agent - Italian and Spanish

As a Customer Care Agent for the IT and ES market, you will be the voice of our company.

 

What you’ll be doing in this position:

 

  • Supporting our Italian and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, email, chat.
  • Supporting our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our POS and payment solutions
  • You actively work on the optimization of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants

You’ll be great for this position if you have:

 

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Italian + Spanish and English)
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work in team and also independently
