Doctolib is looking for a Customer Support Representative (x/f/m) to strengthen the team and work closely with all internal departments.

What you’ll do

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You support and accompany the doctors by phone regarding the use of our software and answer incoming questions
  • You are responsible for the fast and effective processing of email inquiries and thus ensure the satisfaction of our customers
  • After the onboarding team, you are the first point of contact and train the doctors in the use of our software 
  • You turn all our doctors into Doctolib fans and let them become part of the adventure
  • Depending on your profile and your own ideas, we will support you in this, Develop yourself personally and professionally within the framework of various projects - including into a management role if you are suitable

You could be our next team mate if you:

  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • You have sound experience in customer service, IT support or technical consulting
  • You are used to working with several tools at the same time
  • It is important to you to provide high-quality customer service
  • You speak Dutch at a native level and have a very good command of English

Now, it would be a plus if you:

  • Have a basic understanding of relevant tech tools such as Jira, Slack, Textexpander and Zendesk
  • Are comfortable with rapidly changing tools, workflows or product updates
  • Have experience supporting customer via Chat, E-mail and Social Media
