As a Customer Value Curator, you will play a crucial role in capturing, organizing, and maintaining our repository of customer value stories. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that these narratives are easily accessible and searchable, supporting our sales and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Content Management: Collect and curate customer success stories, case studies, and value realization narratives.

Data Organization: Maintain and update the software solution used for storing and indexing customer stories, ensuring information is current and well-structured.

Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Solution Consultants, and the Customer Success team to gather insights and validate the accuracy of customer stories.

Search Optimization: Enhance the searchability of the value story repository by implementing effective tagging, categorization, and indexing strategies.

Quality Assurance: Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and alignment with company messaging and branding guidelines.

Reporting: Generate reports on the usage and effectiveness of the value story repository to inform continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1+ years of experience in business analysis, content management, or a related role.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with content management systems, databases, and indexing tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of data analysis tools.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.

Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Teamwork: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
