Our customers build trust with their users through improved transparency and control to drastically improve marketing and monetization, while achieving full privacy compliance.We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team, with a dedicated focus on supporting the Growth - Acquisition & Virality team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers to analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, measure the impact of initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth.You will support and accelerate experiments across our three key focus areas: Virality, U.S.-focused Acquisition, and Acquisition via CMS platforms. Acting as a bridge between data analysis and growth strategy, you will enable data-driven decision-making, unlock new growth levers, and optimize our go-to-market efforts for scale.

Your Tasks

  • Act as the dedicated BI partner for the Growth - Acquisition & Virality team, proactively scoping analytical needs, defining tracking requirements, and ensuring data availability for rapid decision-making.
  • Use SQL to query, transform, and validate data from multiple sources; ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation.
  • Partner with product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers to analyze user journeys, funnels, and growth loops to uncover opportunities for scalable acquisition and engagement.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A/B, multivariate, holdout tests, etc) to validate hypotheses and quantify impact.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models in Power BI and Amplitude to monitor program performance and surface actionable insights.
  • Define, monitor and report on core KPIs, including conversion rates across the acquisition funnel, channel contribution/attribution, viral coefficient, referral conversion, etc.
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations that influence strategy across all relevant acquisition channels.
  • Translate complex analyses into concise narratives and visuals for cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure data quality and governance: maintain metric definitions, event taxonomies, and dashboard standards.
  • Stay current on industry trends, analytics best practices, and emerging acquisition channels, and proactively apply learnings to ongoing initiatives.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on B2B SaaS GTM performance and funnel analysis.
  • Intermediate skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
  • Expertise in analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Amplitude, or other similar tools) for creating dashboards, visualizations, and reports.
  • Strong understanding of growth and marketing KPIs, including acquisition cost, lifetime value, conversion, activation, retention/churn, and virality/referral metrics.
  • Proven track record in acquisition funnel analysis, uncovering bottlenecks, and recommending optimizations that directly impact growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for the growth team.
  • Experience collaborating with V- and C-level stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, with the ability to independently identify opportunities and deliver insights that influence strategy.
  • A growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
  • Experience in product-led growth (PLG) environments.
  • Familiarity with subscription models and metrics.
  • Proven track record of analysing and supporting successful acquisition strategies.
