YOUR MISSION

We are looking for a person with a positive attitude, lots of gas, creativity to think out of the box and passion for the work you will develop.

THE JOURNEY

  • Track courier performance and KPIs by analyzing historical operational metrics with a focus on company targets.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and self-service visualization tools and storytelling dashboards.
  • Propose (be an enthusiast), track and consolidate new ideas to improve the operations by being obsessed with Glovo's KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B tests, analyze the results of each project and be able to easily replicate them in the rest of the countries.
  • Actively collaborate with other analysts in Glovo and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
  • Build robust relationships with Data Analysts in the ECA region acting as a strategic and supportive link between the HQ and local markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Minimum 1 year of experience outside of an academic and internship setting in a quantitative analysis role within start-ups, consulting firms, or large companies, ideally in Tech or FMCG
  • Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering or any business or technological domain
  • Excellent SQL and Excel/GoogleSheets skills
  • Knowledge of visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker and/or PowerBI
  • Passion about analytics: you enjoy deep diving into problems to find the root cause
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and handle a fast-paced environment
  • High motivation to contribute to a fast-growing startup
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Capability of executing tasks quickly while maintaining a high standard of quality
  • Great spoken and written English
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
