The Data Ops Manager plays a vital role in supporting the operational excellence of MongoDB’s Marketing organization. In this technical and cross-functional role, the candidate will execute as a key player in configuring, building, and improving MongoDB’s B2B Attribution and ROI infrastructure. They will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, and Sales to strategize, organize, and improve the use of data to support the infrastructure and help the company by deriving actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the logic for Attribution data collection and creation of B2B Attribution models
  • Partner with Sales, Analytics, Marketing and Finance teams to create an ROI infrastructure based on business goals and definitions
  • Build and maintain data pipelines to support measurement goals
  • Ensure systems, data pipelines and integrations are documented and with the due monitoring process
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry best practices, regulations and new tools
  • Proactively plan and organize system maintenance
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or marketing operations positions
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL in a variety of environments (Presto/Trino, BigQuery, etc)
  • Good knowledge of ETL and Data Pipeline processes
  • Experience in levers that influence Attribution: Marketing Channels, Marketing Activities, Cost, and Conversion Marketing Channel Attribution
  • Experience in multi-touch attribution modeling techniques
  • General understanding of B2B Attribution tools (Calibermind, Bizible, Dreamdata, etc)
  • Experience and Understanding of CRMs (Salesforce) data structure
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication skills, and script governance skills
  • Natural drive for innovation and creative problem-solving
  • Bachelor's Degree focusing on Information Technology, Marketing, Digital, Business Analytics, Computer Science or related preferred

  • Experience with B2B and PLG
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce infrastructure
  • Experience with CDPs (Segment, mParticle, Treasure Data, etc…)

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is:$70,000—$138,000 USD
