We are looking for: Design/Drafting/ DFM Engineer specializing in 3D printing who will strengthen our Operations team.

The ultimate purpose of this role is to ensure that incoming drawings and 3D models are checked to ensure they match the client's application.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate customer designs for DFM and manufacturability across various 3D printing technologies.

• Recommend design, material, and process adjustments to ensure printability, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Work with SLS, SLA, DMLS, FDM, and other additive manufacturing processes.

• Communicate DFM feedback clearly to customers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams.

• Support Case Management and QA in resolving production issues, delays, and design changes.

Order & Data Management

• Verify that drawings and 3D models are available in the order and compliant with order parameters.

• Create missing drawings or 3D models when required.

• Independently retrieve necessary data from internal systems and reference tables.

• Upload accurately reviewed orders, drawings, and models to the system, ensuring data integrity and completeness.

A successful candidate:

Higher education in engineering

Experience in the role of drafting/ DFM engineer from 3 years. Preferably in the field of mechanical engineering (hydraulic, compressor equipment)

Speaks and conducts business correspondence (at level of B1 or higher) in English

Willingness to expand its professional horizons

Sincere interest in the production process

CAD (AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Solidworks, Fusion360)
