Overview:

The Digital & Brand Marketing Lead will act as an integrated team lead to our London-based digital team members, as well as drive forward London-based growth for Prophecy – Prosek’s strategic branding and go-to-market business. This role will lead digital and brand marketing and drive programs that span across paid, owned and earned opportunities with our clients, acting as a key client liaison and thought partner and will devise strategies that maximize outcomes for our clients; building brand, driving leads and protecting reputation. This role reports directly into to the practice leaders for Digital, Paid & Analytics and Prophecy.

 

The right candidate is highly entrepreneurial and has a strong desire to help expand our business in the European market. Must possess a strong mind for strategy, account management and driving growth, is highly organized and possesses a working knowledge of B2B brand and digital marketing practices with demonstrated experience in the Financial, Insurance, Healthcare, Consulting, Technology or similar fields. You have a passion for problem solving and finding ways to turn our clients’ most difficult asks into actionable strategies and creative ideas.

 

This role will be the key London based member of Prosek’s established but expanding digital and brand functions. These teams take on small to large-scale marketing engagements and retainers including: digital and paid media agency of record retainers, thought leadership promotion programs, demand generation/acquisition marketing programs and full-scale integrated programs.

 

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead Prosek’s existing book of UK based digital and Prophecy business and act as the senior most client liaison to these clients
  • Partner with UK Based Prophecy Creative Director on key prospect and client engagements
  • Create a plan for expanding digital and brand engagements in the London and broader European market that marries the strengths and capabilities of Prosek with the needs and opportunities for clients in the market
  • Partner with global practice leads to develop a pricing model for the market
  • Partner with Prosek leaders and clients to develop and expand relationships – leading client pitches, presentations and other engagements
  • Develop and project manage B2B marketing strategies, initiatives and campaigns for Prosek’s suite of Financial and Professional services clients
  • Lead and own the success of client programs; inclusive of strategic development, campaign design, delivery and completion
  • Deliver the firm; pulling together unified campaign strategies across advertising, public relations, creative, digital and social marketing disciplines
  • Partner with internal stakeholders across creative, digital and paid to plan for and deliver marketing programs
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact across deliverables, ensuring work is delivered in line with timelines and budgets
  • Develop strong and ongoing relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Develop departmental processes and standards that make our work more consistent, higher quality and more profitable
  • Help create and write thought leadership for the practice area
  • Elevate the profile of the practice area by getting involved in the industry/sector
  • Manage and mentor junior staff on client engagements; and help with recruitment
  • Develop and track budgets, project plans and other deliverables related to campaigns

 

What makes you qualified:

  • 7–10 years of experience working in brand marketing/digital marketing – in-house or an in-agency environment but with an ideal focus on Professional or Financial services
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Positive attitude and sense of urgency with a demonstrated leadership ability
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting, meeting deadlines and contributing to a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Obsessively curious: you are the sort of person that gets excited by problem solving and are willing to dig deep into the details to surface the right solution
  • Professional presence with impeccable communications skills and demeanor
