We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Director of Global Revenue Operations to join our growing Revenue Operations team. In this critical role, you will be the operational backbone for our global Sales organization — driving scalable processes, operational rigor, and insights that empower our sales team to exceed performance goals. You’ll partner closely with Sales leadership and act as a force multiplier for revenue productivity.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape our GTM engine and build a best-in-class Field Ops function that evolves with the needs of a high-growth SaaS business.

What you'll do:

Strategic Sales Enablement
  • Partner with Sales leaders to operationalize GTM strategies and ensure alignment across pipeline generation, forecasting, and deal execution
  • Design and implement processes that improve seller efficiency, accountability, and performance
  • Drive adoption of core sales motions, including MEDDPICC, forecasting hygiene, and QBR frameworks
Forecasting & Pipeline Management
  • Own the weekly forecasting and pipeline cadence in partnership with Sales leaders
  • Ensure accurate reporting and visibility into deal progression, coverage, and pipeline health
  • Build and iterate forecasting models and tools in collaboration with broader RevOps and analytics teams
Systems & Process Optimization
  • Support continuous improvement of our core Sales systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari), partnering with the Systems team and Revenue Enablement team
  • Standardize and enforce CRM processes and data governance
  • Identify process gaps and introduce tooling or automation to drive efficiency
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Planning & Compensation to ensure execution aligns with strategic plans, territories, and quotas
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Product on initiatives impacting the Sales team (e.g., lead flow, pricing, product launches)
  • Provide field insights that influence comp plan design, capacity modeling, and strategic planning
Performance & Analytics
  • Define, track, and communicate KPIs across the sales funnel
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to drive sales productivity
  • Build dashboards and cadences that make performance transparent and actionable

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Field Operations at a SaaS company
  • 3+ years managing operational functions or teams supporting Sales
  • Deep expertise in sales process design, forecasting, pipeline health, and GTM operations
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Clari, and other GTM tools
  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior Sales and Finance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bias for action, systems thinking, and continuous improvement
  • Proven ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with Planning & Compensation, quota setting, or territory design
  • Exposure to PLG or self-serve GTM models
