We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Director of Global Sales Operations, Reporting & Analytics to lead the development and execution of reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives across our global sales organization. This leader will drive visibility into sales performance, uncover insights that fuel growth, and ensure data integrity and alignment across systems and teams. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Business Technology, and other GTM stakeholders to drive business performance through actionable insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting & Analytics Leadership

  • Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable reporting, dashboards, and analytics across global sales teams.Define and manage key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and health dashboards across functions, regions, and segments.

  • Translate business goals into analytical frameworks and data solutions that guide decisions and highlight opportunities.

Sales Performance & Insights

  • Provide insights and executive-ready reporting on pipeline, forecast accuracy, quota attainment, territory performance, and customer segmentation.

  • Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to diagnose issues in performance and drive data-informed planning, strategy, and execution.

  • Enable frontline sales managers and reps with tools and metrics to improve productivity and win rates.

Data Governance & System Alignment

  • Ensure high data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau)

  • Collaborate with operations teams and Business Technology to optimize data infrastructure, processes, and automation.

  • Lead efforts to standardize global reporting definitions and sales metrics.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts and operations professionals.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and executives on performance trends, revenue modeling, and GTM planning.

  • Foster cross-functional alignment with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Intelligence roles with progressive leadership experience.

  • Deep experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and data tools.

  • Proven track record of scaling reporting and analytics programs in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.

  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical modeling skills.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

  • Experience leading distributed teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech companies.

  • Familiarity with sales planning and forecasting processes.

  • Passion for building scalable systems and a culture of data-driven decision making.

  • Strong change management and stakeholder influencing skills.
