What You'll Do:

As the Director of Global Training & Enablement, you will be responsible for driving LM’s strategy and initiatives related to building and nurturing our global practitioner community, fostering continuous learning, and promoting practitioner evangelism. You will lead cross-functional teams to create and deliver engaging educational content, channel and customer enablement, and community programs that empower the ecosystem to build and use innovative solutions on our platforms.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Oversee the development and growth of LM’s global training function including credentialing, role-based learning journeys and the learning management system 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for building and growing a vibrant global learning community, fostering continuous enablement, and promoting practitioner evangelism
  • Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality educational content, including hands-on & how-to lab-based learning, skill building journeys and micro credentialing to support customers and partner upskilling
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to align community, education, and evangelism initiatives with product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and customer needs
  • Partner with an exceptional Community team on community-based learning events such as hackathons, coding challenges, and community events, to encourage innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
  • Analyze data and feedback from the LM Academy to gain insights into their needs, preferences, and pain points, and use these insights to continuously improve our offerings and strategies
  • Manage and mentor a team of product specialists, instructional designers, and community leaders, fostering a culture of expertise, innovation, continuous learning, and customer-centricity
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in practitioner relations, community building, and learning and development
What You'll Need:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in leading customer and/or channel education in B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record designing high value education experiences for the modern learner
  • Proficiency in content creation, instructional design, and learning management systems
  • Familiarity building an effective education program on a LMS, preferably Skilljar
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire technical audiences
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques for measuring the impact and effectiveness of community and learning initiatives
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
  • Experience in public speaking, thought leadership, and representing the company at industry events and conferences

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. Base Salary Range$163,170—$210,000 USD
