The Director of Compliance will be pivotal in the RV Growth & Transformation vertical, supporting multiple relationships and ensuring compliance excellence across all operations. In addition to overseeing RV|G&T’s compliance program, this individual will lead a team of compliance associates, collaborating closely with the central security and compliance team to extend policies and support client needs. The Director of Compliance will conduct risk assessments, develop corrective action plans, oversee compliance and information security audits, monitor third-party compliance, and manage a team to drive operational efficiency and compliance effectiveness.

Note: This hybrid role is located out of our South Charlotte-area office with in-office days Tuesday - Thursday every week.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and implement RV|G&T’s compliance program to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead a team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective oversight of compliance initiatives and projects.
  • Collaborate with the central security and compliance team to align RV compliance policies and extend them to meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments in collaboration with various teams to evaluate compliance with RV and client policies.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance issues and mitigate risks.
  • Oversee internal and external compliance audits, ensuring that all processes are in line with established standards and regulations.
  • Monitor information security compliance and conduct regular information security audits to safeguard data and systems.
  • Perform due diligence on third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and RV standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance compliance practices and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related leadership role, with experience in managing a team.
  • At least 5 years of financial services compliance experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance and information security.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify compliance issues, and develop practical solutions.
  • Experience in conducting audits, risk assessments, and due diligence processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interest or passion for the financial services/credit card space is a plus 
  • Knowledge of RV compliance policies and procedures is a plus.

Compensation

  • USA Compensation Range: $80,000-120,000

*Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience.
