We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Software Engineering to lead our engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver world-class software solutions. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable products while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Your TasksLeadership, Team Development, and Culture: Build and lead high-performing, engaged engineering teams by attracting top talent, fostering career growth, and cultivating a culture of ownership, psychological safety, and cross-functional collaboration.
Technical Strategy and Engineering Excellence: Define and drive a long-term technical and strategic vision while fostering engineering excellence through scalable solutions, best practices, and a continuous improvement mindset aligned with business goals.
Execution and Innovation: Lead the delivery of scalable, high-quality products through operational excellence, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and adoption of emerging technologies.
You lead and empower engineering managers and teams by removing structural obstacles, strengthening capabilities, and fostering a high-performance culture rooted in excellence, engagement, and accountability.
You drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, team dynamics, and organizational agility, shaping processes and frameworks that enhance both company culture and execution speed.
You own talent strategy across your area, hiring, developing, and retaining top-tier engineers and leaders while effectively addressing performance issues with empathy and clarity.
You mentor engineering leaders and senior contributors on architectural direction, product development, and technical excellence, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
You are accountable for the reliability, security, and performance of our products, championing best practices that uphold the highest standards of quality.
You advocate for a user-centric mindset, ensuring product decisions prioritize usability, accessibility, and exceeding customer expectations.
You partner closely with Product leadership to co-own strategic planning, ensure timely and high-impact delivery, and create innovative solutions that drive business outcomes.
You take ownership of long-term technical roadmap planning and delivery forecasting, aligning resources and timelines to support sustainable growth.
You maintain a deep understanding of our product architecture and technology landscape, enabling sound decision-making and long-term scalability.
You enable and scale execution by removing organizational blockers, empowering your teams to deliver with confidence, autonomy, and clarity.
You are responsible for engineering performance across multiple teams, driving leadership development, organizational growth, and addressing challenges proactively and constructively.
Fluent English
Experience: 5+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Full-Stack SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of full-stack SaaS architecture, development workflows, and industry best practices to effectively guide technical direction, support cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, high-quality product delivery.
Technical Skills: Strong coding background (e.g., React, Node, JavaScript) and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and grow engineering teams; experience in setting goals and driving performance.
Product Management: Skilled in Agile methodologies, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; adept at explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
