As a Director of Product Marketing, you'll lead programs to deeply understand customer needs, drive inbound marketing strategies, optimize monetization, ensure successful new product launches, and continuously refine our product portfolio at Payoneer. This role requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven execution to ensure our products resonate with target segments and consistently deliver value to our customers. Additionally, you'll be responsible for building product naming at a portfolio level and supporting the development of the portfolio offering. .

 

What’s the job?

  • Develop and execute compelling inbound strategies to attract, engage, and convert target segments at various customer journey stages. 
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to prioritize product launches and develop market-defining positioning and messaging frameworks. 
  • Contribute to developing new pricing models to maximize revenue growth and deliver value for customers 
  • Drive the development of product naming and support the portfolio offering 
  • Build and scale a holistic cross-sell strategy to increase product adoption and Average Revenue per User (ARPU) 
  • Establish strong relationships with central and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment on messaging and campaigns. 
  • Provide actionable insights to Product teams based on customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends. 
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales and marketing collateral, playbooks, and training materials. 
  • Track and analyze key metrics related to product adoption and usage, translating insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Own the end-to-end customer experience, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance satisfaction.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required. 
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within FinTech or B2B SaaS environments. 
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in highly matrixed, distributed, and fast-paced environments. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful inbound marketing campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies on a global scale. 
  • Strong expertise in customer segmentation, buyer persona development, and customer journey mapping methodologies. 
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills with the capability to translate complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging for diverse audiences. 
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience tracking and analysing relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Management, Sales, and regional marketing teams. 
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, and globally distributed work environment. 
  • Proficiency in defining research requirements and utilizing insights to drive informed decision-making. 
  • Comfortable designing and leading experiments to validate hypotheses or business cases. 
  • High energy level, proactive approach, and a strong sense of accountability. 
  • Familiarity and comfort with marketing metrics and analytics, including forecasting, Monthly Active Users (MAU), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
