We’re looking for a Director of Program Management who will be responsible for the post-merger integration of the people, products, processes, and technologies of the companies that we acquire. You will also have an opportunity to develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships. As the Director of Program – M&A and Partnerships you will help build our integration capabilities and work with all functional areas of Payoneer to make our acquisitions and partnerships succeed. What’s the job?
You will be responsible for the following:
- Work closely with the M&A department and other Payoneer functions to identify workstreams and define integration work plans, shaping an integration focus and guiding stakeholders to clarity about integration objectives
- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships, and facilitate collaboration across the organization to develop partnership strategies.
- Identify KPIs and performance metrics, track our progress over time, and communicate progress to executive stakeholders.
- Define success for integration and consistently provide accountability and transparency about progress toward success.
- Provide advisory and coaching support to internal partners as they adapt to organizational change.
- Mentor team members and identify opportunities for skill acquisition and maturation

Have you done this kind of stuff?
- At least 10 years of experience and proven track record in “hands-on” post-merger integration and partnerships, either in the fintech industry or through financial services, legal or consulting roles.
- An ideal candidate will have strong strategic business thinking and the ability to dive to execution aspects quickly, a high-level view, and be an oriented person.
- The candidate should have wide experience in program management and cross-functional complex projects and be ready to be “hands-on” in all program aspects.
- It is imperative to be a “people person” to be able to professionally communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and create strong collaboration in & out of the program department, as well as drive teams.
- Experience navigating complex operational hurdles resulting from mergers, acquisitions and partnerships, preferably in a hyper-growth company.
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to collect, structure, and propagate information in order to accelerate decision-making and propel forward progress.
- Creativity, adaptability, tenacity, a sense of urgency, and a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic.
- Ability to work across and bridge multiple geographies and cultural backgrounds.
- Technical background and deep understanding of financial products.
- Fluent English - Must.
- Previous experience at Payments companies is a plus.
The role will require extensive travel (up to 30%).
