ミッション(Role Purpose)ストラテジック営業部 部長は、民間企業、自治体、ヘルスケアなどの戦略的重要顧客・テリトリを担当し、中長期的な視点で事業成長を牽引する営業組織を構築し、その運営をリードする役割を担います。
単なる売上達成にとどまらず、社内外の多様なステークホルダーと密に連携しながら、顧客価値を起点とした戦略的な営業活動を継続的に推進することが求められます。
また、配下の営業メンバー(AE:Account Executive)のフォーキャストマネジメントを通じて事業の予見性と再現性を高めるとともに、エンドユーザーおよびパートナー企業の上層部との信頼関係を丁寧に構築し、経営層レベルでの対話を通じて中長期的なビジネス拡大に貢献していただきます。
主な職務内容(Key Responsibilities) 戦略立案・実行-
事業戦略と整合した営業戦略・アカウント戦略の策定および着実な実行

担当領域における市場動向や顧客課題を踏まえた成長機会の特定

配下の営業メンバー(AE)に対するフォーキャストレビューを通じた進捗管理および、精度向上に向けた継続的なコーチング

パイプラインの健全性(カバレッジ、ステージ、確度)の維持・改善

経営層に対して説明責任を果たせる、透明性と一貫性のある数字管理

AEを中心とした営業メンバーの育成、評価、1on1を通じたパフォーマンスおよびエンゲージメントの向上

中長期的に成果を創出し続けられる営業組織およびカルチャーの構築

エンドユーザーおよびパートナー企業における部長・役員クラスとの継続的な関係構築
-
重要案件や戦略案件における、エグゼクティブレベルでの調整および合意形成の主導

SE、パートナー、マーケティング、サポート部門との円滑な連携

本社/APACとの英語によるフォーキャストレビューおよびビジネスアップデートへの対応

B2B営業経験(目安として10年以上)

営業組織のマネジメント経験

フォーキャスト管理およびパイプラインマネジメントの実務経験

エンドユーザーまたはパートナー企業の上層部との折衝・関係構築経験

日本語および英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

自治体、ヘルスケア、または複雑なエンタープライズ案件における営業経験

IT/インフラ/クラウド関連ビジネスの経験

The Strategic District Sales Manager is responsible for strategically important customers and territories across private enterprises, municipalities, and healthcare,and leads the development and operation of a sales organization that drives sustainable mid- to long-term business growth.
This role goes beyond revenue delivery and requires close collaboration with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders,consistently promoting value-driven and strategic sales engagements.
In addition, the role enhances business predictability and consistency through disciplined forecast management of direct reports (Account Executives / AEs),while carefully building trusted, long-term relationships with executive leaders at end customers and partners,contributing to business expansion through ongoing executive-level dialogue.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution-
Develop and execute sales and account strategies aligned with overall business objectives

Identify sustainable growth opportunities based on market trends and customer needs

Conduct regular forecast reviews and provide ongoing coaching to Account Executives (AEs) to improve accuracy and predictability
-
Maintain healthy pipeline coverage, deal progression, and overall forecast quality
-
Deliver clear, transparent, and accountable reporting to senior management
-
Develop, coach, and evaluate AEs and other sales professionals to enhance performance and engagement
-
Build a scalable and sustainable sales organization and culture
-
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders at customers and partners
-
Lead executive-level alignment and resolution in strategic or escalated opportunities
-
Work closely with SE, Partner, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver customer value
-
Communicate effectively in English with HQ and APAC through regular business and forecast reviews
-
10+ years of B2B sales experience
-
Proven experience leading and managing sales organizations
-
Hands-on experience in forecasting and pipeline management
-
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders
-
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
-
Experience in public sector, healthcare, or complex enterprise sales
-
Background in IT infrastructure or cloud-related businesses
-
Experience conducting presentations or business reviews in English
-
A thoughtful and effective communicator who builds trust through professional dialogue
-
A data-driven leader who uses forecasting as a core management discipline
-
Demonstrates the ability to lead through complex and challenging situations with calm, structured decision-making, engaging stakeholders and driving execution
-
Able to serve as an effective bridge between Japan-based teams and global stakeholders
-
A high-impact leadership role with ownership of strategically important territories
-
Direct engagement with executive leadership and long-term business strategy
Fluent-level English proficiency is not required; however, the ability to actively participate in discussions, articulate viewpoints, and drive alignment with global stakeholders is expected.
