We’re looking for an Employee Experience Team Lead for IL to manage the Employee Experience Specialists Team and to create and execute a best-in-class strategy that will promote a supportive work environment for all our employees.  This role will report to our VP of Employee Experience and Operations in our Tel Aviv office.

Similarweb is a fast-growing company with over 1200 global employees. As we continue to scale, we need an Employee Experience Team Lead to oversee initiatives that will sustain and scale the company culture, and provide a positive work environment that it’s line with our values as a company.  

You will be expected to “run the show” and work with the local employee experience teams to promote employee welfare through different activities, initiatives and events. In addition to the creative strategy, you will also oversee the day-to-day operational execution and the details that go into making thse initiatives a success. 

In your role, you will have full ownership over our employee experience strategy and annual budget, and manage 3 global teams across Israel, the US and Europe. 

 So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as Employee Experience Team Lead  means your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Create, plan, and execute the yearly strategic and operational Employee Experience work plan.
  • Manage a team of Employee Experience Specialists in our IL office (3 employees)
  •  Lead and deliver end to-end activities, company events, and local programs 
  • Support the life cycle of employees, including  onboarding, employee life events, and more.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other business stakeholders to align initiatives and foster a positive company culture and employee experience. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational tasks of the Employee Experience team.
  • Maintain ownership of annual Employee Experience budget and planning.

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  • 5+ years in employee experience roles
  • 3 years of management experience ,experience managing projects end to end with a demonstrated history of successful employee experience initiatives
  • Ability to manage budget and multiple projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across global organization
  • Experience working for global High-Tech company- strongly preferred
  • Creative out of the box thinker
  • Fluent English (a must)
  • This job requires 5 in-office days per week.
