Employee Relations Associate - Maternity Cover

What you’ll do

  • Coaching & counselling leaders in UK & Ireland on policy & procedures, employment/labour laws, conflict resolution while effectively mitigating business and company risk
  • Assisting with on-going performance management process on complex cases
  • Creating & Reviewing of Talent policies & procedures
  • Identifying Talent compliance issues and suggesting corrective actions
  • Management of a broad variety of Employee Relations cases at various levels & lead employee relation investigations
  • Partner with the relevant CoEs to provide developmental training and coaching on employee relations techniques, corrective action and documentation and performance management best practices
  • Liaising with all relevant stakeholders and work cross functionally (Legal, Talent Strategy, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition etc.) 
  • Managing or participating in special projects / programs / continuous improvement initiatives

What you’ll need

  • Several years of experience in an HR Generalist/ ER Specialist role. 
  • Extensive knowledge of UK labor law, basic knowledge of Irish labor law would be a strong asset
  • Fluency in English. 
  • A solution-oriented approach & a high degree of business acumen, analytical capability and an ability to adapt to continuous change
  • Proven ability to effectively build relationships with individuals at varying levels within an organization
  • Proven ability to create, analyze and report data as it relates to people metrics
  • Diplomacy, executive maturity, organizational agility, and a know how to align corporate methods and agendas with ambiguity and trust
