We are seeking an Employment Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team, with a clear focus on employment law across Europe. This role is ideal for someone passionate about navigating the complexities of workforce management.. Reporting into our legal leadership, you’ll handle escalations from HR teams, manage employment compliance infrastructure, and contribute to strategic projects aimed at ensuring scalable, legally sound employment practices across multiple jurisdictions.
What You’ll Do-
Provide day-to-day legal support on employment matters, including workforce management escalations and policy interpretation.

Handle employee relations issues such as terminations, disciplinary matters, and complex contractual queries.

Manage and improve employment compliance infrastructure, identifying and addressing gaps in line with country-specific regulations.

Support HR teams with legal insight on hiring practices, employment agreements, benefits, and mandatory documentation.

Collaborate with external counsel and internal teams to deliver clear, practical legal guidance

A qualified lawyer with proven expertise in employment law, preferably across multiple European jurisdictions.

Experienced in managing employee relations, terminations, and contract-related issues in a cross-border environment.

Comfortable working in a scalable, fast-paced legal environment with shifting priorities.

Able to interpret and apply complex legal frameworks into actionable advice for HR and business teams.
- Eager to learn and adapt, especially in areas where jurisdiction-specific knowledge may need to be developed.
