Engagement Programs Manager
Our Opportunity:
The Engagement Program Manager role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and change management. This individual will work as a trusted engagement advisor and leader on larger-scale OP initiatives and coordinate with various teams, functions, and stakeholders to ensure the voice of the team member and engagement focus is embedded into everything we do. The role involves driving culture initiatives, overseeing short-term programming and campaigns to drive purpose, excitement, and meaningful employee experiences, and managing a consultative intake solutions portal. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will ensure that engagement efforts meet organizational needs effectively. This is an individual contributor role.
What You'll Do:
- Work cross-functionally to build strategies and programs that create a meaningful employee experience from onboarding to offboarding across many programs and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and proactively address systemic barriers to employee engagement as part of assigned program and project work.
- Partner with HR Business Partner teams and business leaders to solicit team member feedback to build proposals for new or revised engagement programs that impact all Chewy team members.
- Provide coaching and support to leaders on fostering engagement and creating positive team dynamics.
- Upskill HRBPs on employee engagement best practices, tools, and methodologies to improve organizational, functional and team performance.
- Design and develop tools, resources, and training materials to empower HRBPs and managers in improving organizational performance.
- Oversee the engagement solutions portal and act as an engagement SME to advise HRBPs and leaders.
- This role oversees various short-term programs and projects such as monthly programming, seasonal and CSAW programming including incentive strategy and execution, gifting strategy and engagement communication strategy and works closely with corporate partners on enterprise-wide initiatives and optimization of DE&I efforts.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in employee engagement and organizational development, incorporating relevant insights into strategies and initiatives.
Portal Development and Implementation:
- Lead the design and development of the consultative intake solutions portal and other vendor gifting portals, ensuring they align with organizational goals and client needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to implement the portal, overseeing the entire implementation process from start to finish.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the portal functions effectively and efficiently from a UX standpoint.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously evaluate and refine the consultative intake process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement within the intake process and develop strategies to address them.
- Implement best practices and standards to streamline workflows and enhance the overall client experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HRIT partners, HRBP and CS leaders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate client insights into the portal's design and functionality.
- Ensures portal delivery and performance meets customer requirements and aligns with business objectives, available resources and leadership vision.
Training and Support
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions to educate internal teams on how to use the consultative intake solutions portal effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users and clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the consultative intake solutions portal.
- Monitor portal usage, user feedback, and other relevant data points to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate regular insights and trends to key stakeholders through weekly and monthly reports.
