About the Team

Team Communications plays a vital role in empowering all teams at CultureAmp to effectively deliver messages to our customers through diverse channels like Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email. As a platform team, we are dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality services that truly support our customers. A typical day in Team Communication is filled with purposeful agile meetings, collaborative pair programming, and addressing tickets as they arise. We believe in the power of teamwork to achieve remarkable results together. How you can help make a better world of work

As an Engineer, you will be a part of technical conversations, providing technical suggestions, helping make decisions and collaborating with engineers and stakeholders in the company. You will be responsible for consistently delivering quality solutions and owning and maintaining the product suite. You will have opportunities to amplify your impact by pairing up with engineers from other teams, collaborating with our fantastic designers, attending external customer meetings, and contributing to our code base, which is used by other engineers.

You will:

  • Work closely with other engineers to build, maintain and enhance our services following industry best practices
  • Work with product teams, the architect team, design teams, and end users to understand their needs/requirements/problems and then work to develop, refine, slice and implement the solution.
  • Collaborate with other engineers in the team through pair programming, helping with solution designs, or giving feedback on pull requests, to build a shared understanding of the work.
  • Share the knowledge with other team members and provide support to fellow team members.

You have:

  • Solid experience in writing efficient programs using Golang, Ruby, Kotlin or other languages.
  • AWS experience, CDK and CI/CD skills
  • Familiarity with Kafka
  • Curiosity and interest to learn new technologies and implementing practical solutions
