  • Delivery: You’ll work with your team to deliver a consistent, positive impact across your product area. You'll be comfortable delivering a range of projects, from MVP experiments testing a hypothesis to a new feature.
  • The latest technologies: You’re excited about the opportunities AI presents and how to incorporate it seamlessly into the product.
  • Experimentation and data-driven decision-making: You’ll use data to back up and inform your thinking.
  • Raising the technical bar: You'll drive high standards for technical design and implementation, ensuring our systems are robust, operationally excellent, and deliver an outstanding user experience for our merchants.
  • Living our values: You'll embody our company's values, helping us work with one another effectively and with respect.

What Excites Us

  • High performance: experience building and running highly engaged and motivated teams that deliver on their commitments.
  • Professional experience in coding: Full-stack or Backend experience with a commitment to building reliable, well-tested systems. You know what good is and can inspire a team to achieve excellence.
  • Effective communication: Experience explaining technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaboration and cross-functional work: We have a Product Manager and a Designer as part of our team. In addition, we work with our Business Intelligence (BI) team and many other commercial teams across the business.
  • High agency: We’re after people who aren’t afraid of a challenge and will take ownership of problems they encounter, help to resolve them, and adapt to a constantly changing environment.

We don’t expect you to meet every requirement. If you’re excited by this role, we encourage you to apply.
