As an Engineering Manager for HelloFresh based in our Chippendale office in Sydney, you'll lead our fantastic development team in revolutionizing order management. In this hands-on role, you'll analyze requirements, design innovative solution architectures, drive efficient software development, and mentor developers for career growth. • Lead and nurture a team of highly skilled developers, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.
• Establish QA procedures and documentation for proprietary systems.

• Create and optimize CI/CD pipelines using AWS cloud environments.
• Upgrade and maintain systems, provide user training, and handle on-call support.

• Evaluate current environments and code for efficiency and reliability.
• Develop efficient code and turn operational needs into technical solutions.
• Train users and assist with technical issues.
• Enhance team performance through effective workload prioritization.
• Work closely with end-users and developers to deliver top-quality solutions.
• Provide support to the team in developing solutions when needed.

• Thrive autonomously in fast-paced environments.
• Humble, motivational leader driving teams to their highest potential.
• 10 years of industry experience in managing and coaching teams.
• Tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as computer science.
• Skilled in Amazon AWS, Python, Golang, SQL, Apache Airflow, and Apache Kafka.
• Experience working with relational and document databases, including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
