We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our Nordic Markets Enterprise team in Copenhagen. As part of the Account Management team, you will play a key role in Trustpilot’s mission to foster trust and transparency between consumers and businesses globally.

In this position, you will focus on retaining and nurturing relationships with our Nordic Enterprise customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored success plans, and ensure they fully leverage Trustpilot’s products to drive long-term value and satisfaction. You will also be responsible for managing contract renewals, leading negotiations, and ensuring that customers continue to see the value in their partnership with Trustpilot. Your goal will be to maximize customer retention and success, positioning Trustpilot as a vital partner in their business growth.

What you'll be doing:

Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Regularly meetings with clients to understand their evolving needs and business objectives.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Drive the sales process, including identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewing contracts.
  • Work to grow existing accounts, ensuring that Trustpilots products align with the client’s goals.
  • Develop and execute account plans to increase revenue and market share within assigned accounts.
Strategic Account Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive, strategic account plans tailored to each client’s needs, business challenges, and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, product, and support) to deliver value to clients and help them achieve their objectives.
  • Monitor client progress, ensuring Trustpilots solutions are delivering ROI.
Contract Negotiation and Management:
  • Lead contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the client and the company.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and effectively manage contract lifecycles.
  • Resolve any contractual or service delivery issues that arise.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various internal departments (e.g., product, support, engineering) to deliver the best possible solutions and services to the client.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams regarding product improvements or service enhancements based on client needs.
Performance and Reporting:
  • Track account health, sales performance, and other key metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews and performance reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, resolve issues proactively, and ensure delivery against agreed-upon KPIs.
 Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to effectively position Trustpilots products.
  • Understand the client’s industry and specific business challenges to tailor solutions accordingly

Who you are:

  • Fluent in Swedish & English - Danish is preferable but not essential 
  • Experience managing a portfolio of Enterprise customer accounts with a focus on achieving a high renewal/retention rate.
  • Consistent track record of hitting targets in a similar capacity over the past few years.
  • Demonstrated experience with subscription-based, renewal license models.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Adept of uncovering new revenue opportunities.
  • Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
  • Experience with selling in a competitive environment
  • Confident in giving presentations and quarterly business reviews.
