About You:

You are a results-driven marketing leader with a proven track record of success in enterprise B2B marketing. You excel at developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and drive significant pipeline growth. You are a master of Account-Based Experience, understanding how to create personalized, multi-channel journeys for high-value accounts. You are an adept collaborator, skilled at building strong relationships with sales teams, strategic partners, and internal stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are data-driven in your decision-making, and possess a natural ability to lead and inspire a team.

What skills do I need? 

  • 8+ years relevant experience in B2B or SaaS marketing with previous people 
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise B2B marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on Account-Based Marketing/Experience (ABM/ABX).
  • Demonstrated success in strategic partner marketing and alliance management, including developing and executing joint GTM plans.
  • Expertise in enterprise demand generation, content strategy, and multi-channel campaign orchestration.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop marketing professionals. Has managed people for 2+ years. 
  • Excellent understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and a proven ability to align marketing strategies with sales objectives to drive revenue.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & Lead Enterprise Marketing Strategy: Spearhead enterprise GTM strategy, market analysis, and budget, focusing on ABX and strategic alliance integration to drive revenue.
  • Orchestrate High-Impact ABX Programs: Design, execute, and optimize personalized, multi-channel ABX initiatives for high-value enterprise accounts.
  • Drive Strategic Partner Marketing & Alliances: Cultivate and manage strategic partner relationships, developing and executing joint marketing plans and co-marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee Enterprise Demand Generation & Content: Direct integrated demand generation and content strategy for enterprise audiences, supporting ABX plays and broad market engagement.
  • Lead & Develop Enterprise Marketing Team: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team focused on enterprise objectives, ABX, and partner collaboration.
  • Ensure Sales Alignment & Revenue Contribution: Collaborate closely with enterprise sales and GTM Ops to prioritize target accounts, provide enablement, and ensure marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue.
  • Manage Marketing Technology & Performance Analytics: Oversee the marketing tech stack and use analytics to measure, report on, and optimize ABX, partner, and overall enterprise marketing performance.
