Trustpilot is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and we’re seeking a high-energy, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to join our management team. In this role you will drive the growth of New Business Sales for the Enterprise segment in the U.S. region. You will have a chance to play a part in shaping Trustpilot’s presence in an important market. You’ll be instrumental in building and developing a team, crafting strategies for long-term growth, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build and lead a team of skilled professionals across New Business Sales to deliver growth in the Enterprise segment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies tailored to the Enterprise market, ensuring alignment with Trustpilot’s global goals and the specific needs of the U.S. region.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop skilled professionals, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and inclusivity.
- Manage a team onsite as well as remotely.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Enterprise customers, identifying issues and opportunities to deliver tailored solutions that maximize value and retention.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams from Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, Partnerships, Product, Operations, and Marketing to create a cohesive approach to market growth.
- Drive operational excellence by refining processes, ensuring consistent performance, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Represent Trustpilot as a significant figure in the Enterprise space, developing relationships with high-profile clients and industry stakeholders.
- Deliver Weekly Forecasting to Leadership.
- Flag market challenges and opportunities to leadership across Enterprise Book of Business and identify Industry opportunities.
- You have 5-10 years of experience overseeing teams in New Business Sales in the Enterprise SaaS space
- You’re skilled at crafting strategies while also ensuring their effective implementation
- You have the ability to understand complex customer needs, build trust, and increase customer satisfaction through innovative solutions
- You thrive in cross-functional environments and are focused on ensuring clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
- You’re motivated by the opportunity to establish and scale teams in a new location, creating an environment where people can thrive
- Experience in managing on site and remote teams
- A competitive base salary range from $155,000-175,000 plus a competitive commission structure. The base salary range stated doesn't include any variable pay such as bonuses or commission, awards made under Trustpilot's equity program, or other benefits
