As the Epic Trips Brand Director, you’ll be at the helm of this exciting brand, driving its growth and shaping its future. If you’re a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for travel and digital product, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll work alongside a talented team of Directors, each leading their own brand, and have the full support of Ventura TRAVEL’s specialized departments to bring your vision for Epic Trips to life.

On daily basis you will
  • Lead the development of the AI-powered Epic Trips digital product, shaping its strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with IT, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product integration.
  • Ensure the product meets customer needs and remains competitive in the market.
  • Monitor key performance indicators like Revenue, Rebooking Rate, and conversion rates.
  • Oversee marketing efforts to maximize ROI and improve SEO.
  • Build partnerships with suppliers such as hotels, airlines, and car rental companies.
  • Negotiate favorable rates and ensure seamless API integration of booked services.
  • Manage the Epic Trips budget effectively, balancing growth and profitability.

  • Passion for Travel & Technology: You’re excited about creating exceptional web-based travel experiences.
  • Travel Industry Expertise: Solid experience in the travel industry, especially multi-destination travel.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive and resourceful approach to building and scaling a brand.
  • Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT and Marketing.
  • Openness to Feedback: A flexible mindset and willingness to grow through constructive feedback.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, persuasive, and adaptable in all interactions.
You can impress us even more with
  • Several years of experience in multi-destination travel.
  • Strong background working with software products to enhance customer experiences.
