Ethics & Compliance Solution Advisor
We’re looking for an experienced Ethics & Compliance professional to join our organization and partner with our sales team in the DACH market to advise prospective customers on how to best use our Ethics & Compliance platform. The focus is on guiding senior leaders as they think through how to build stronger, more effective programs early during the sales process. In this role, you’ll spend your time listening to prospective customers, understanding the challenges they face, and helping them design practical solutions. You’ll show how technology can make their programs simpler, more consistent, and more impactful—whether that’s improving reporting, embedding values into culture, or managing risks more effectively. Your expertise won’t just shape individual conversations. You’ll also share insights with our product and strategy teams to help us build tools that meet the real needs of compliance leaders, and you’ll play a part in ensuring new customers get started successfully. Sales Consultation
- Lead discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and match them with product capabilities.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
- Partner with Sales to shape deal strategy and remove technical barriers to adoption.
- Respond to RFPs with precision and clarity.
- Provide feedback to our Product teams based on your expertise to influence roadmap direction.
- Partner with Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Support our implementation and customer success teams by providing effective handoffs.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in a compliance and ethics-related role—ideally within a corporate environment or SaaS company.
- Technical fluency: able to explain concepts like APIs & comfortable navigating easy to use software platforms.
- Deep understanding of Ethics & Compliance program challenges, priorities, and workflows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage stakeholders from compliance officers to technical evaluators.
- Languages proficiencies: fluent in both German & English (C1/C2)

- Technically adept at quickly assessing and explaining software and technology
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that help you communicate with all kinds of stakeholders
