About the roleWe're looking for an Executive Assistant to support two of our SVP leaders. Reporting to both these leaders, you'll help them stay focused, prepared, and connected—contributing directly to the success of their teams and the broader Crunchyroll organization.
You're organized, proactive, and thoughtful. You know how to prioritize, think critically, and communicate with care. You understand that support isn't just about logistics—it's about empathy, clarity, and being a trusted partner.
- You will manage complex calendars and prioritize competing demands
- You will prepare the SVPs with materials and context ahead of meetings and important decisions
- You will monitor and manage emails and communications—triaging, flagging priorities, and delegating when needed
- You will handle multiple high-priority projects and ensure completion
- You will coordinate detailed domestic and international travel, including expense reporting
- You will identify and implement ways to improve workflows and team efficiency
- You will collaborate with the broader EA team to foster connection and support across senior leadership
We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our Los Angeles office.

- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior leader—ideally with a background in finance or accounting
- You have worked directly with executives and built relationships across teams and with external partners
- You have successfully managed a high volume of work in fast-paced, global environments

- You have contributed to a positive, collaborative team culture—bringing a sense of humor and creating an enjoyable workplace

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
