Lincoln International follows a hybrid work structure with an emphasis on in office collaboration.Our employees work in our Dallas office Monday through Thursday each week, with the option to work remotely or from the office on Fridays. Our office is located at 1900 North Pearl Street.The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting a team of investment bankers and performing other office management and administrative responsibilities in Lincoln International LLC's (“Lincoln”) Dallas office. The Executive Assistant should have relevant professional experience, be entrepreneurial, poised and able to deal with many different people both inside as well as outside the firm.

Regular working hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Willingness and ability to work overtime is necessary.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Executive support and calendar management for a team of investment bankers
- Coordinate international / domestic travel arrangements and process expenses using Concur
- Coordination of internal and external meetings, schedules, travel accommodations and catering
- Become knowledgeable of Lincoln’s business and understand how a merger and acquisition deal process works
- Become proficient in Salesforce; gain understanding of the deal tracker and its functionality to perform deal related tasks such as:
- Assist with entering contacts to add to marketing lists and Outlook contacts
- Research companies and contacts for active deals and post close marketing initiatives
- Work with deal team to track status of potential investors for deals through Salesforce
- Creation and editing of Microsoft Word documents and PowerPoint presentations and Excel documents (knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel is required)
- Interact frequently with professionals in Lincoln’s offices across the US and elsewhere, as needed, to organize conference calls, meetings, interviews, and the delivery of presentation materials
- Print and bind books for internal and external meetings
- Prepare and assist with UPS/FedEx shipments
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive administrative experience supporting a team
- Ability to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and manage a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Calendar management and international/domestic travel
- Experience using Salesforce and Concur, or similar systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail and deadline-oriented way of working
- Strong organization skills with the ability to multitask
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
