Executive Assistant

This position will be reporting directly to a key Executive. This is a full-time position and will require the candidate to be in-office 1-2 days a week (flexible). Office is located at Hudson Yards.
Responsibilities:
- Inbox maintenance for Executive’s inbox - moving out junk/spam, jumping in for meeting scheduling, escalating priority correspondence, etc.
- Calendar management of an extremely active calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings, travel, personal obligations, events, etc.
- Responding to and drafting internal and external correspondence in a timely manner
- Maintaining any tracking or status documents related to Executive’s calendar and/or projects
- Booking international/domestic travel (commercial and private flights/hotels/cars/greeters/etc.).
- Be available during off hours during international travel to assist with any adjustments that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional assistants (external and internal) to ensure that any ongoing projects, meetings and needs for the Executive and company are met
- Assisting the Executive as needed with various team projects and business needs
- Manages ad hoc executive projects
- Handle coding and submission of Executive’s corporate expense reports
- Coordinate conference rooms and catering as needed for meetings
- Assisting the Executive with personal tasks, when needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant
- Ability to act as a team player and to interact with all levels of employees and clients within and outside the organization
- Highly organized, a great multi-tasker and intense attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Have an attitude of “no task is too big or too small” and be willing to wear many hats
- High degree of personal initiative - be resourceful, proactive, flexible, and responsible
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling Executive’s personal and professional matters
- Flexible work schedule and willingness to work outside of normal business hours when needed, not overly frequently
- Multitasks and handles changes in a positive way
- Coachable and willing to accept feedback and incorporate feedback when needed.

- Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
- Base Salary $100,000 - $115,000
