The Challenge:

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Executive IT Support Engineer to provide direct, white-glove technical support to our executive leadership team. This individual must be as comfortable managing critical, high-stakes support situations as they are scripting advanced solutions or solve complex infrastructure issues.

We entrust you with ensuring that C-suite leaders stay securely connected and fully operational—no matter the environment, platform, or challenge.

What You’ll Take On: Executive-Facing Technical Support
  • Deliver elite, responsive, and personalized support to executives across devices, applications, and remote or in-office locations.
  • Act as a trusted technology advisor to senior leadership, ensuring minimal disruption and proactive issue prevention.
  • Set up and maintain executive computing environments (Mac/Windows/Linux), ensuring secure and efficient performance.
Advanced Problem Solving & Root Cause Resolution
  • Lead diagnostics and resolution for high-impact incidents across hardware, software, network, and platforms.
  • Address sophisticated technical issues, advancing only when necessary, and providing quick resolution with clear communication.
  • Provide post-incident analysis, trends, and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Infrastructure & Networking Support
  • Support network access, VPN, wireless, and remote connectivity for C-suite offices and offsite engagements.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams on configurations, server access, and system dependencies impacting executive workflows.
  • Ensure secure access to internal and cloud-based platforms while maintaining data integrity and compliance.
Automation & Scripting
  • Use scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) to automate frequent support tasks, streamline deployments, and reduce manual errors.
  • Build and maintain tools or scripts to monitor performance and enhance proactive support.
Mobility, AV, and Conference Technology
  • Manage mobile device setup, policy compliance, and synchronization (iOS/Android).
  • Support executive video conferencing (Zoom, Teams, Webex) and in-office AV systems with a high degree of reliability and discretion.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years in a high-level desktop support or systems engineering role, with at least 2 years supporting executive leadership.
  • Expert-level solutioning across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
  • Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, remote access tools.
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
  • Familiarity with infrastructure systems: servers, authentication services (Active Directory, Okta), cloud platforms (e.g., Office 365, G Suite, AWS/Azure).
  • Experience with endpoint management tools (Jamf, Intune, SCCM, etc.).

The pay range for this position in New York City at the start of employment is expected to be between $91,500 and $135,420 per Year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program. Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company’s discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
