We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our India team, focused on driving demand generation, adoption, and revenue growth for MongoDB products through strategic marketing campaigns in the region. Working closely with our global marketing network, you will be responsible for executing targeted brand awareness and demand generation initiatives tailored to key accounts and industry verticals, aimed at nurturing the sales funnel and accelerating pipeline growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating events, managing webinars, executing account-based marketing programs, and other strategic initiatives. Your primary goal is to enhance MongoDB's industry presence, generate high-quality inbound leads, and support outbound pipeline activities to meet regional revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing programs tailored to multiple accounts, including scalable initiatives
  • Understand and address the unique challenges of strategic accounts and priority industries, identifying key decision-makers and personas
  • Track performance and ROI of marketing activities, establishing effective measurement processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and update marketing materials, presentations, and campaigns
  • Maintain regular communication with sales teams, providing updates on new and planned marketing activities at global, regional, and local levels
  • Work closely with Sales Development Representative (SDR) teams to ensure timely and thorough follow-up on all marketing leads in your region
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in field marketing, demand generation, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles and tactics, with the ability to execute end-to-end marketing programs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, adept at working across teams and organizational levels
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on tracking and measuring marketing performance
