Field Service Technician - Europe (m/f/d)
For our operations across Europe, we are looking for a travel-ready and committed Field Service Technician (m/f/d) to support our customers on-site (e.g., in Spain, France, or the UK) in solving technical challenges with our innovative EGYM Workout Products. - Customer Visits: You will travel throughout Europe to support our customers on-site and ensure smooth training operations by providing fast and needs-based technical solutions
- Device Installation: You will take charge of the delivery of our fitness equipment—from unloading to installation—and actively support the installation team
- Maintenance & Repairs: You will carry out regular maintenance and perform repairs on our EGYM Smart Machines
- Documentation: You will document customer inquiries and solutions in our CRM system
- Spare Parts Management: You will ensure efficient availability of spare parts and professionally replace defective components
- Collaboration: You will work closely with our Technical Support, Logistics, and Order Management teams to ensure high service quality
- Customer Support: When needed, you’ll contact our Technical Support team in Munich by phone to get assistance with solution approaches
- Location: You are based in Munich or the surrounding area
- Education: You have completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, mechanic, industrial electrician, or hold a comparable qualification
- Technical Skills: You demonstrate strong technical understanding and practical skills
- Mobility: You hold a Class B driving license, are flexible, and enjoy traveling
- Personal Strengths: You bring strong communication skills, a hands-on mentality, and enjoy interacting with customers
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English (German, Spanish or French are a plus)
- Teamwork: You will be valued by your colleagues from the Service, Customer Support, and Order Management teams for your collaboration and will carry out your first assignments in the Bavaria region together with experienced team members
- Product Knowledge: You will become thoroughly familiar with our EGYM Workout products at our headquarters in Munich
- IT Skills: You will be confident in using our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Independence: You will be capable of carrying out service assignments at our customers' sites completely independently
